18th Century Italian Giltwood Mirror with Mercury Plate, with shaped scrolling and foliate carving and original gold leaf gilding. It comes from a private house of Milan and is in good condition, wear consistent with age and use.
A hole in the lower part to insert an iron candle holder, is the trace that originally this mirror should be a wall light.
